Reach Truck Driver - 10pm to 6am shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Reach Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating reach trucks and performing warehouse duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve products or materials.
• Load and unload goods onto pallets or shelves.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure reach trucks are in good working order.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required, including manual handling tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements:

• Valid and up-to-date Reach Truck License (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Good physical fitness, as the role may involve manual handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
