About The Role

Provide key administrative and business support by planning and implementing the duties of the C-Suite Executive, primarily maintaining their schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing logistical and travel support.

About You

  • Provide support to the C-Suite Executive in delivering the organisations’ overall strategic objectives
  • Provide and maintain comprehensive and effective administrative on behalf of the C-Suite Executive to support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives, and leadership and management of the organisation
  • Work closely with the C-Suite Executive, and senior leadership team through regular correspondence, and organising internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate any departmental reports and documentation required for Board meetings and other internal/external meetings
  • Circulate agendas and papers, take and issue formal minutes and follow-up action points of departmental, cross functional, and senior / Board level meetings
  • Ensure follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the C-Suite Executive
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the C-Suite Executive, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts
  • To conduct research/analysis as directed by the C-Suite Executive
  • Maintain open communication and working relationships with other Team Members as required to clarify the C-Suite Executive requirements
  • Dealing with phone enquiries on behalf of the C-Suite Executive, both internal and external and directing as appropriate
  • Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements
  • Demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and confidentiality
  • Re-prioritisation of work at short notice when necessary
  • Researching specific topics, legislative/regulatory as required in support of C-Suite Executive
