About The Role

As a Cataloguing Manager for GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for the production and analysis of Catalogue Data, reporting into the Head of Cataloguing. 

With our aim to be a flexible employer, this role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office, 2 home-based.

Main Duties include:

  • Working with cataloguing and Product Management team to produce high quality Catalogue Data that is to be used on all commerce channels using standardized procedures
  • Conversion of data to suit individual sales platforms requirements
  • Processing of Supplier Data
  • Investigate and develop areas of data improvement
  • Input into ecommerce product, development, and testing
  • Process feedback to improve data
  • Create data-based reports on request for other departments 
Working hours:

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 

About You

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Good IT Skills – specifically Microsoft Excel 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access would be helpful
  • Logical and Systematic approach
  • Good communication Skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Commercial Awareness
  •  Image Editing skills would be advantageous
