About The Role

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing team as a Campaign Marketing Executive. 

Our Campaign Marketing Executive will be responsible for encompassing a range of marketing activities to support acquisition, growth and retention. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales team to create and develop the customer marketing plan, executing and achieving the objectives set and managing the customer calendar and the budget. 

Main duties include:
  • Research and analysis to gain customer insights
  • Analysis of sales data to determine trends, set targets and monitor results
    Planning, implementation and maintaining of activities to support the company’s objectives
  • Ownership of project concepts and bringing them to life
    Ensure the team are supportive of and understand the customer marketing plan
  • Managing customer campaigns from initial concept, implementation, tracking and final results
  • Support, coach and mentor the team to ensure they understand their responsibilities to support customer campaigns and what tools and skills to utilise
  • Smooth running of the production process to achieve deadlines agreed
  • Managing project budget and controls for customer marketing activity
  • Liaise with relevant internal parties such as sales, directors, branches, and finance
  • Link with and manage internal/external agencies such as designers, internet developers, printers, mailing houses and research agencies
  • Provide summary reports to business directors on performance, highlighting success and issues to achieve the desired outcome
Working hours: 

40 per week Monday to Friday, as instructed by the Manager. 
With our aim to be a flexible employer, this role offers hybrid office and home working.

About You

Marketing in fast moving business sector, requires the ability to quickly adapt, make decisions to contribute to the businesses success.  As part of a team it is expected that support is given as well as asked for.  To achieve your objectives, it is key to work with/manage stakeholders outside the department to deliver your plan.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 5 years marketing experience
  • Marketing/Business degree level or CIM qualified 
  • Passionate and driven to help deliver strong results
  • Ability to work well in multidiscipline/cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies 
  • Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail 
  • Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
Bonus points if you have:
  • Genuine interest in the automotive aftermarket
  • Previous knowledge/experience of the automotive aftermarket
